Ever the health detective, My friend, Chris Carney and I are off to a 'new' endeavor. We've been slacking on our diets somewhat through the long cold winter and decided that it's time to Spring Clean our systems.
We are using the whole month of April to do a juice feast, documenting our juice combinations, how we feel and what we learn along the way.
